our House 2 Home, LLC  wants your property to stand apart from other houses on the market, to bring you top dollar and in a timely fashion.  Using low cost enhancements will turn your house into a beautiful showcase that will be the envy of your neighborhood. 

If you are “staging to stay”, we will provide you with a comfortable “feel home” cozy atmosphere. 

Consultation and Proposal

The initial meeting will begin by sitting down with you to learn more about you and your goals, expectations, and budget.  We will view each room in your home, looking for the best assets, as well as trouble areas.  During the walk-through, we will take photographs and refer to our “Eight-Step” Action Plan as if we were the homebuyer, and gather those all-important first impressions. We will come up with simple remedies and enhancement information in order of the priority recommended.  As time allows, we will show you first hand, some positive changes in a quick “staging” of a bathroom or an area in your kitchen so you can see the positive changes that come about. 

If you are in your home to stay, we will talk about your needs, style, and budget to make you feel at home in your space. 

(A $50.00 credit will go towards any future staging service if decided that day.)

Quick Home Makeover Report

If your house is well on its way to being staged with just a little direction, then our House 2 Home, LLC can provide you with a customized photo-filled (before pictures) report.  It will focus on the most important tasks you can do right away to increase the value your property to make a quicker sale and for more money.  

Half Day Staging or Interior Redesign

At this “stage”, you are excited and ready for our House 2 Home, LLC to begin the dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home!  It is time to capitalize on what you already own by allowing us to edit and arrange your belongings to highlight the best features and downplay any trouble areas.  our House 2 Home, LLC considers balance, flow, scale, and the warmth of the space.  We aim to eliminate clutter (unnecessary items) to give your home the “neutral” appeal for the buyer.  Working together, we’ll roll up our sleeves and stage selected rooms in your home with just the re-use of your belongings. 

If you are in your home to stay, we will provide you with a feeling of “being home”.

Full Day Staging or Interior Redesign

By now you’ve realized that your house needs more attention and expertise or if the size is over 2,000 square feet.  our House 2 Home, LLC will spend a full day making remarkable transformations to your house.  You won’t believe the difference a full day can make.  By the end of the day, you will have a “show” ready property to sell.  We will provide you and your agent with top quality photos to assist in the marketing efforts.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend

This service is perfect to make a great first impression on both realtors and potential homebuyers!  We will spend two days prior to your listing weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  We will be working off a detailed walk thru Action Plan that will be given to you and your realtor in order to complete the transformations.
